New Client Registration
Thank you for choosing Franklin Ranch. We are pleased to have you as a client. To make your first visit a pleasant experience, here are some tips to assist you.
- Give us a call to schedule your appointment. Appointments are available Monday – Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm. Our phone number is (916) 683-4000.
- If possible, print and fill out our client registration form and either the canine or feline assessment form. You may bring these with you to your first appointment or fax them to (916) 683-4040.
- If your pet has received medical care at another clinic, please have the previous veterinarian fax a copy of your pet’s record to us at (916) 683-4040. If you have a copy in your possession, bring it with you.
- Payment is expected on the day services are provided. We accept cash, ATM, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
