New Client Registration
Thank you for choosing Franklin Ranch. We are pleased to have you as a client. To make your first visit a pleasant experience, here are some tips to assist you.
- Please call for a reservation. Our phone number is (916) 683-4007. You may check-in your pet anytime during regular business hours— Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm; Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm; and Sunday, 9 am to 7 pm.
- If possible, print and fill out our client registration form, either the canine or feline profile, and the stay agreement. You may bring them with you on your first visit or fax them to (916) 683-4040.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Payment is expected upon check-out.
